  BLUE RIVER COATINGS ELASTOMERIC ROOF COATING BRC-2100 is an elastomeric, high solids coating designed specifically for coating roofs and other surfaces requiring excellent water resistance, toughness and durability. BRC-2100 is easy to apply, with good "build-up", drying properties and adhesion characteristics.

Application Data
  BRC-2100 can be applied using conventional equipment (brush, roller or spray).  It may be thinned with water but this is not recommended for best results.  Surface must be clean and of good construction.  Coverage will vary with type of surface, but the following guidelines may be used:

Apply a minimum of two coats, yielding 20-30 mils dry film thickness, for adequate seal.  Typical application on tar roof is 3 gallons/100 square feet applied at approximately 20 wet mils per coat with a mat laid down on first coat while still tacky.  There are several sizes and types of mats.  Contact us for further recommendations.

Health Effects
  BRC-2100 is not considered to be toxic via single acute oral or dermal exposure.  It may be a slight to moderate skin and/or eye irritant.  There is no data that shows adverse health effects from exposure; however, precautions as indicated in the SAFE HANDLING section should be adhered to as common practice.
 
Safe Handling
 
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.  FOR INDUSTRIAL USE ONLY.   Use only in adequate ventilated areas.  Avoid breathing vapor and spray mist.  Avoid prolonged contact with skin and eyes.

Keep container closed when not in use.  KEEP FROM FREEZING.
